To return a product you must telephone us to obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number from our company. Pease do not send a product back without this number to avoid a delay.
You may return an item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it was not installed or used, less any shipping fees except commercial cluster box units (CBU's) which will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping charges to and from all returns. Prepay all shipping fees back to us. If returning an item that states "Free Shipping" you will be charged 10% of the items sale price to cover original shipping costs from us to you. Item must be in original packaging. Both UPS and USPS require 2" of packaging around the item to avoid damage.
You will be liable for any damaged goods returned, so please purchase insurance for the value of the item. Return items by UPS Ground or USPS.
If your package is damaged in shipment to you, the shipping company will inspect it. You must have the original box or the claim will be denied and we will not accept the return.
